How do I join / How can I become a member?
Join us by signing up with a customer account. From there you can start earning points.

How Do I earn points
Earn points for leaving a review, referring a friend, and of course, shopping at Molekule.com. More details in the Earn points section on the Molekule Inner Circle® Rewards page.

How can I use my points?
You can use your points in two ways. Points can be used at checkout for instant savings, or applied to your next subscription with a reward code.

1. At Checkout (one-time purchases and new filter subscription purchases)

• Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
• While logged in to your account, you’ll see your available Inner Circle® Rewards points in checkout.
• Choose how many points you’d like to apply.
• The discount is applied instantly to your order total—no codes needed.

2. For Subscription Renewals

• Log in to your account and open the Molekule Inner Circle® Rewards dashboard.
• If you have enough points, in the Redeem Points section on the Inner Circle dashboard, select a “X dollars off Next Subscription Order” reward and click Get Reward.
• A reward code will be provided.
• Apply this code in your Subscription portal—it will automatically reduce the cost of your next scheduled shipment.

Can I use a reward for an active filter subscription?

How long does it take for my points to update after I make a purchase?
The points you earn will appear in your Molekule account once your order has been fulfilled.
Your points will then be approved for use 15 days after your order has been fulfilled.
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history, by signing into your Molekule account and viewing “Manage Loyalty”' sections of the main menu.

What happens if I return part or all of my order?
Any points earned for the returned item(s) will be automatically deducted from your account balance.

How do I view my point balance?
You can find your earned points and current tier on Molekule Inner Circle® Rewards dashboard.

Can I use multiple rewards and/or discounts?
Yes, you can use multiple reward codes at checkout. Gift card rewards can also be combined with promotions or other discounts.

When do my points expire?
Points expire 18 months after purchase date.

Refer Friends
Give a friend $50 off their first purchase and earn points if they spend over $100.

A referral is only considered successful if it meets the following requirements:

• The referred friend completes a purchase for the minimum spend of $100 (price after discount) in one transaction.
• It must be the friend's first purchase on molekule.com.
• The referred friend must use the reward coupon to complete their transaction.
• The referred friend’s IP address and user profile that clicks on the referral link matches the IP address and user profile that completes the purchase.
